About me
It was after a series of illnesses and injuries that I realised that I was not invincible. I was a Personal Trainer and loved pushing myself at times to extreme lengths. I was participating in events such as Half Ironman Triathlons or biking through the Alpes and eventually I started to unravel. This was the pivotal moment that I needed to stop and take stock of where my life was heading. I realised that I needed to start addressing these issues before it was too late.
This was not easy for me as I was super critical of myself and found it difficult to accept that I may not be able to do everything that I had taken for granted for so many years. With the help of a Nutritional Therapist, I managed to get my health back on track and started to experience positivity about my aging body. It can be tough when we realise that our bodies aren’t quite what they used to be. Without health it is a real struggle to embrace life to the full, and this is why I decided to become a Nutritional Therapist, whilst continuing to work as a Personal Trainer.

All too often we are bombarded by external sources of how we should look and feel. However, this is not reality, as we are all truly individual and our struggles are unique to ourselves. I knew I wanted other people to experience the benefits that I have found myself, whilst realising that we don’t have to accept that as we age it is normal to suffer with several ailments. I also knew that the answer didn’t have to necessarily come from long term medication. Personalised nutrition has the potential to transform someone’s life and can work alongside medication to further enhance our health.
My motivation is to help other people discover the path to health and happiness whilst supporting them in a kind and realistic manner.
